Mindy Denison has been working in the exciting world of Hospitality since 2000. Her experience began in Washington State where she started working in Food and Beverage at the beautiful Alderbrook Resort and Spa. She then went on to study Communications at Washington State University where she was a Cougar Cheerleader. Her drive to be a leader, helped her score her dream job in Newport Beach at the Luxurious Fairmont Hotel. There she learned every aspect of fine dining service and was trained by Master Sommelier Peter Neptune.
From coordinating and decorating events, leading banquets, designing staff uniforms and providing the highest level of service, there is no task too big, or too small for Mindy. Her extreme passion for the service industry and love of fashion makes her the perfect fit as Andrew Spurgin’s Event Coordinator.
Some of her accomplishment’s in events include Charitable Gala’s for Make A Wish Foundation, producer of Golden Fashion Scissor Award’s in San Diego and private events for Ralph Lauren Stores. Whether, you need to plan a small intimate dinner at home or an extravagant wedding Mindy will happily make your dreams come true.
